Τα βρήκα!

Not in my usual supermarket, though, they're still beanless.

don't you guys have frozen green beans?

Yes, but I haven't got round to getting a freezer yet - give me a chance, I've only been on my own for three years ;-) I got my fridge for twenty quid off someone at work. Maybe when it packs up one day I'll get a fridge-freezer...

HEY! When was this posted!
Right under my nose!

I'm not a fan of grean beans. Brocoli is my fave green veggie.

What do you mean no freezer? Don't you get both in one?

First,..I have to say I didn't realize you could buy a fridge w/out a freezer.

Guess you learn something new everyday.

That's why I love your blog. You're so good at teaching us what's important to know in life ;-)

oh lord have mercy I can just picture your bachelor pad.

brian, you must have a freezer to properly court women. If she finds out no freezer, well I shudder to think what.

if you never need any tips Jean Knee and Bee are the ones to call on

Think of all the great foods you are missing out on having at the house because you don't have a freezer!

Frozen Pizza
Frozen waffles (I don't like them but the little one does)
Frozen Bread (don't ask, husband is nuts)
Frozen veggies and fruits (true it's better to have them fresh!)

My fridge is an "under counter" model. It's fairly common here to have fridges and freezers separate.

My kitchen is small - smaller than some American fridges ;-)

Thanks for the advice - I'll have to do my best not to mention freezers next time I'm in that situation.

My daughter is keen on me getting a freezer so that she can have pizza, ice cream and frozen peas. And yes, I would like to be able to freeze bread - even though I buy smallish loaves, I still end up throwing loads away.

I forgot about Ice Cream! Thanks! I have a new craving! :)

(Note to self stop off at the grocery store.)
